Find Yourself Again

In the heart of the Zala Hills—where ancient forests, quiet mornings, and meaningful connection create space to simply be.

24–27 September 2026 | 3 Days

Some places don't ask you to become someone new. They simply help you remember who you've always been.

Join us for an immersive Camp Anima retreat designed to nourish body, mind, and soul through movement, stillness, nature, and authentic connection.

Time to wander, rest, breathe, and reconnect in the breathtaking landscape of the Zala Hills

More Than a Retreat. An Experience You'll Feel Long After You Leave.

Every experience throughout these three days has been intentionally designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and create memories that stay with you long after you return home. From moving your body in nature to sharing candlelit dinners beneath century-old trees and exploring sacred places filled with history and stillness, this retreat is about more than a schedule—it's about how you feel.

Whether you're here to rest, reconnect with yourself, meet like-minded people, or simply experience something beautiful, every moment has a purpose.

Trauma Stretching

Trauma Stretching is a gentle somatic movement practice designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and create space for deep restoration. It is an experience everyone should try at least once—and one that many choose to weave into their everyday lives.

Blending slow, intentional movements with long-held stretches inspired by Yin Yoga, each session is accompanied by a deeply guided meditation that invites you to soften, surrender, and reconnect with yourself. This is more than a stretching class; it is an opportunity to listen to your body, calm your nervous system, and let go of what no longer serves you.

Held outdoors beneath the trees and surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the valley, these sessions allow nature to become part of your healing journey. The stillness of the landscape, the fresh air, and the grounding energy of the earth create the perfect environment to release emotional and physical tension.

We believe this practice will become one of the most transformative experiences of your retreat—one that changes not only how you leave these three days, but also how you move through life afterward.

Pilates Fusion

Begin each day by moving your body in one of the most beautiful settings imaginable. Surrounded by nature and overlooking the peaceful valley, our Pilates Fusion sessions combine elegant mat work with the unique challenge of the Reformer, creating a workout that is both strengthening and energising.

Designed to sculpt, lengthen, and improve posture, each class offers a balanced blend of mindful movement and dynamic exercise. Whether you're new to Pilates or already experienced, our wonderful instructor will guide you with care, helping you discover new ways of moving that leave you feeling stronger, lighter, and deeply connected to your body.

Should the weather surprise us, the experience remains just as magical. We'll move into our beautiful glass-walled studio, where the doors open completely to the surrounding garden with 100 year old trees, allowing nature to remain an integral part of every practice.

Dinner under the trees

As the sun sets and the forest comes alive with the sounds of the evening, you'll gather around a long, beautifully set table beneath century-old trees, illuminated by the warm glow of candlelight—just like something out of a fairytale. Surrounded by nature and the magic of the night, every detail is designed to create an unforgettable atmosphere.

This garden holds a special kind of magic. On evenings when there are no celebrations, no music, and no guests, deer quietly wander as the sun disappears beyond the valley. There is a peaceful energy here that can't quite be explained—only felt. It's a place that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and become fully present.

Sharing this experience with a group of like-minded people, you'll enjoy meaningful conversations, laughter, delicious food, and the simple joy of being together. It's the kind of evening you'll want to capture in every photo—not just to remember it yourself, but to make everyone back home wish they had come too.

Our intention is to end each day with a moment of connection: to gather around one table, savor incredible food, admire the beauty surrounding you, celebrate new friendships, and appreciate the rare feeling of being exactly where you're meant to be. These are the moments that stay with you long after the retreat ends.

An Afternoon Through the Soul of Őrség

One afternoon, we'll venture into the heart of the Őrség region, just a short 30-minute drive from the retreat. This journey is an invitation to slow down, to discover places where history, nature, and spirituality have quietly coexisted for centuries.

Our first stop is the Church of Light in Velemér, a small 13th-century church tucked away at the edge of the forest. Its extraordinary medieval frescoes have watched over this sacred place for more than 700 years, while the building itself was designed in harmony with the movement of the sun. Throughout the year, light enters through its small windows to illuminate different sacred images, earning it the name The Church of Light. There is a profound stillness here—one that gently reminds us that light has a way of finding us, even in the quietest moments.

From there, we'll continue to the beautiful Blue Church of Szentgyörgyvölgy, one of the most enchanting churches in Western Hungary. Its simple exterior gives little away, but inside you'll find a breathtaking hand-painted blue wooden ceiling, decorated with soft clouds, stars, and delicate floral patterns. Every brushstroke was created with devotion, transforming the space into a peaceful reminder of the sky above us and the beauty that can be found in simplicity.

These are more than beautiful buildings—they are places that invite silence, reflection, and presence. Within these sacred spaces, we'll be guided through a meditation, allowing the peaceful energy of each church to deepen the experience. Surrounded by centuries of prayer, craftsmanship, and nature, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with yourself in a way that words often cannot express.

Sometimes, the places we visit leave a lasting imprint on our hearts. We believe these two will be among them.
