Shipping 

 

For all our products that are on stock, the shipping time is only between 1-3 business days to Hungary.

Pre- ordered products will be made for you in 7 business days and after that sent out to you. 

With pre- ordered products, we will contact you to make sure size is perfect, due to non refundable items in this case.

For orders in the EU DHL international shipping might take the package 2-5 business days to arrive depending on your country.

Outside the European Union product prices displayed are exclusive of all local taxes and duties that may be due. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Inelec Kft (Metropolitan Boutique) Aulich street  4-6, Budapest, 1054, Hungary 

Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. You have 14 days from the arrival of your products to return them.

• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Within 14 days, once we receive the product in the right condition your refund will be completed via the original payment method in 8 business days.
